If the Auto Start and Arrive multiple dispatch tasks option has been enabled by a Dispatch administrator, the status of multiple tasks within the same dispatch are automatically updated. When you complete a task on a dispatch with multiple tasks, the following occurs automatically:
- If the next priority task is in the same location/indoor location as the previous task, that task is started, and your status is changed to On Scene.
- If the next priority task is at a different location/indoor location as the previous task, that task is started, and your status is changed to On Route.
If the next priority task belongs to a different dispatch, the task must be started manually.
